Mai dire TV, ideata con la collaborazione di Davide Parenti, venne trasmessa su Italia 1 dal 1991 al 1993. Era una sorta di collage delle stranezze e piccole follie delle televisioni locali italiane nel periodo della loro massima fioritura (i primi anni novanta) e delle televisioni estere, montato e commentato, con l'usuale ironia caustica e dissacrante, dalle voci della Gialappa's Band, in modo da mantenere la finzione scenica di una «diretta» in cui gli spettatori seguono l'improbabile «zapping» satellitare dei tre «narratori».
