And its beta. IT doesn't support upgrading or even dual boot. You have to fresh Install.
If U r unsure or have problems like what I do if Don't like then try first in any virtual machine like Virtuabox
I tested several times in several configuration and it isn't stuck at any point.
But whenever I tried Up-gradation or Dual boot, well 66% is way to more.. I stucked at 19%..34% ,,..

I checked in VirtualBox I didn't get any errors, May be
VMware has some issues with this iso m not sure..
Its new OS installation, not unattended So answare file isn't necessary, Try to it on a NEW partition or in aforesaid VirtualBox - Virtual Machine.

first up, the download is perfect, no issues with it..
its not a beta version so dont expect too much out of it, am sure microsoft has lots of tweaking left to it.
stick to windows 7 till you get a full upload, or install this as an alternative boot if u really wanna check it out.
i've already installed this and its ok and very cool, but i notice that is not activated (System Properties) how i do activated this one? anyway, thanks alot Sunshine for sharing this copy, eventhough that this is only a " Windows Developer's Preview " ...
Its Checked and cleared.. burn in slow speed or try first in Virtual Machine.
I installed before upload, and in my city Shops Selling it even..
No Complain so far.. So actually don't understand abt ur probs
