Now You may understand what is Zune, Or may be You Not, I mean, I know You Understand we are talking about Microsoft' MP3/MP4 Player Named Zune,
But As You guys (well, maximum of you) don't have a Microsoft' Zune Player, So what exactly we are talking about here??
The Thing is To transfer music / videos / conversions etc can be done in Zune (PC) Software,
Just like the Apple' Ipad/Ipod use Itune for transfer data bwteen a Ipod/Ipad and a PC,
But as We know for the good interface and awesome performance many of us who doesn't have a Ipad/Ipod also use Itune for play videos or To listen music.
In the same way for its Wow! graphical Interface (I'm telling You guys It has Some kind a Interface), Visualization, Converting Power, Podcast,
A very good album synchronization and other lots lots of features we also use Microsoft' Zune Software even if we don't have Zune Player in our pocket!

You need a Constant Online Connection (Once)
Download
Unrar (Use 7zip/WinRAR)
Hit The EXE
It will connect to internet for checking update
Now it will take some time, say 40-45mints
(in my case my download speed is near 70Kbps)
If it found (it always finds) update, Then It will download and put in temp.
After download complete it will self start the Installation
After Installation complete it will self restart
(it will ask though)
Restart The PC, Done!
After this it will never connect to Internet, If U say to connect then It will
-- Uninstall --
Go to Cont. Pnl --> Add/remove Programs --> Remove it!
