4. RIGHT CLICK
5. Select bandwith Allocation
6. Click Set upload Speed
7. Select lower rate (you may not see o )
8. Select again LOwer Speed
9. DO the Same untill u have see the desired Speed (NOTE: only Which u dont want to seed,)
NOW u allowed a particular File TO UPLOAD MORE AS u Wish ( Note u my not see immidiatly
